We at Eyered Transcription Services know that you need flexibility when it comes to managing your information. We have experience with all the options you have to record and send data, so we utilize the appropriate technologies to give you the most appropriate method of information handling - from how you send it to how you receive it, whatever your preferences and your budget.

1. Toll Free Phone Dictation: Aketer's toll-free 800 number also allows you to call in for free from anywhere. As soon as you dictate and hang up the phone, the recorded dictation is transferred to our server for transcription. The systems allows you to rewind, forward and hear recorded dictations.

2. Digital Recorders: Using a hand held digital recorder, clients can record dictations anytime, anywhere. Once recorded, the files can be transferred to us through our secure FTP server or email.

3. Smartphone App (iPhone/Android): By installing a small app on their smartphones, clients can record into the app and have the recordings transferred to our servers securely.

Clients are assigned their own transcriber and editor to work on the account every day. This ensures that the transcribers become familiar with client's specific requirements and style of dictation.

Every transcript that is completed by the transcriber then goes through a second level quality check by our experienced proofreaders. It is only after this that the transcript is returned to the client.

Transcriptions are delivered back in MS Word or simple text format to clients.
